Simple steps to join in the Aucnet auctions!

Submit the Application Form

Click here to submit your application form.

Make sure to fill in every blank with the precise information and the correct format.


Note: You need to submit your Identification Document/Card and Business Registration Certificate or any other form that is regulated by the government as a proof of business.



Sign a Contract

We will review your application which takes about 2-3 business days.

After reviewing the application, we will send you a contract for you to sign.

After you sign the contract, we will issue your member ID.

We will send you an email of your ID and Password.




Join a Walkthrough (Online Meeting Call)


Aucnet also offers an online meeting session to get to know our clients and their demands to ensure their bidding flows smoothly.

All of your concerns and questions will be answered in the online meeting call as well.

Our online meeting sessions take about 30 mins.
